The lid design could be better, it pops off sometimes, but otherwise, it serves its purpose. I use it for my iced coffee every morning.

I bought this based on search results. Once I got the hang of it, it's my new favorite gadget. Just fill it to the first level, press down the cup, and freeze. Once frozen, squeeze and push up from the bottom for easy release. Perfect ice every time!
I was skeptical at first, thought I'd wasted money, but it actually works pretty well. Not a lot of ice, but does what it says. Quite happy with it.
Just add water to the basin and push the plastic piece into place. Filling it by pouring down the sides is messy. Push the cup down and the water fills the mold perfectly.
This is great for my fridge freezer, saves a lot of space and is super easy to use. The kids love making ice with it now.

We live in the country with old pipes, so the auto ice maker is off. This was weird at first, but it works perfectly once you get the hang of it. Doesn't make too much ice at once but enough for about 4 people.
It's important to follow the instructions. I haven't ended up with a hockey puck at the bottom, and the ice cubes don't meld into a giant block. It's self-contained and no mess.

This is easy to use and the ice comes out easily. However, filling it can be tricky as the inside bucket doesn't always stay down, resulting in an ice disk at the bottom.

I think this product is a great idea but could be improved with a locking mechanism to keep the interior container fixed. If not sealed tightly, the water pushes up the interior bucket, leaving a big ice cube at the bottom. The lid doesn't prevent this. Filling it with water is a bit tricky, especially if there's already ice in the interior container.
